We are excited to announce a major milestone in our service infrastructure for North America! One year after establishing our first TML branch in the USA, we relocated our branch office to Schererville, Indiana, and expanded it with a well-equipped spare parts warehouse. With this expansion, our customers throughout North America will now be able to order spare parts and have them delivered directly from our new local warehouse – making a long-standing goal a reality!

To bring this project to life, our dedicated team went above and beyond: Justin, Julian, and Arno traveled from Germany to support Kurt, the CEO of TML Americas, on-site. Together, they worked tirelessly to set up the warehouse, stock it with parts, and integrate it seamlessly into our ERP system. Thanks to the direct connection to our central ERP system, we ensure a smooth ordering process, enabling our North American customers to benefit from fast and reliable deliveries.
With this new spare parts warehouse, we are proud to offer not only shorter delivery times and simplified order handling but also optimized spare parts availability for our UNIDACHS telescopic boom excavators, and other specialized equipment. This logistical proximity greatly enhances operational efficiency and minimizes downtime, which is crucial in industries like metallurgy, demolition, mining, and tunneling.
Especially in steelmaking where production never stops, having quick access to spare parts is critical. Any downtime is costly, which is why we are committed to ensuring that our UNIDACHS machines remain fully operational, supporting our customers in maintaining continuous production. Our goal is to minimize disruptions and help keep the machinery running smoothly, allowing our clients to focus on their operations with confidence, knowing they have reliable support in place.
